What nearly 40 years on one coast actually means
I have been selling real estate along the South Orange County coast since 1987. Nearly four decades in a single market means I have seen every cycle, every shift, and most of the streets. I know which neighborhoods hold value when the market softens, which ones move fast when it heats up, and what it actually takes to get a great deal on a listing or top dollar on a sale. That is not something you read in a report. It is something you accumulate, year by year, deal by deal.
Most agents handle standard transactions. I handle those too, but a meaningful part of my practice runs through the harder ones, probate sales, divorce proceedings, estate transitions. These are situations where a court may be involved, where emotions run high, where timing matters and mistakes are costly. I have spent years working through exactly these kinds of sales. I know the process, I know the parties typically involved, and I know how to keep a complicated transaction moving forward without adding to an already difficult situation.
One thing you will get with me is a personal relationship. In the end, that goes a long way.
